Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to offer here beautiful Oil painting of Soviet epoch portrai of Fyodor Ushakov. Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov ( 24 February 1745 – 14 October 1817) was the most illustrious Russian naval commander and admiral of the 18th century. He is notable for winning every engagement he participated in as the Admiral of the Russian fleet.

The portrait was painted on hardboard and was in the school of the Communist Party.

Painter unknown. Included with the painting is a plaque describing the heroic path of Ushakov in Russian.

I could not get more information about this painter.
