*Rugs will be shipped folded, so some creases can be seen at the time of unpacking the rug. These creases will go away after some days.

we send all items with India Post registered airmail from Jaipur, INDIA and S & H charges are all based on actual India post

(3). Return Policy :
This item is brand new.
We check all our items for manufacturing and the quality used in making of the Item before dispatch.
Item In original condition must be returned within 7 days.
