Bosch owns OTC so this item is sold by both Bosch and OTC and use the same package and part numbers. The outside lid of the hard plastic fitted box has no label as these came directly from BOSCH and they would have had either an OTC or Bosch label affixed according to the sales channel they were going into. As both companies use the same part Numbers the interior has the label as you would receive it from either sales channel .
