.We carefully wrap our perfumes for gift, and our votes on ebay are the proof of our good work.
The item for sale is shown exactly in the image, you can see in the pictures all the details, so you know how is the product that you will receive.
Most of my articles are discontinued and some are more than 30 years old and in some there has been some wear, look carefully at the photos please.
Note to my international buyers, the delivery takes on average 2 or 3 weeks, but there may be strange delays in storage / customs, be patient, please! Not trying to be abusive, but fair.
Payment is based on trust, mutual respect and the common will to make a purchase / sale in goodwill and without malice.
All shipments are fully insured, at no additional charge to you.
The buyer is responsible for the associated shipping cost for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we have made an error in the list.
All the products that are not sealed are verified to verify their correct functioning and the quality of the perfume, we have been selling perfumes in our store in Spain for more than 50 years.
We accept returns only for damaged products, we will demand photographs of the product, since we protect the product impeccably, none of them has been broken in the shipment.
We do not accept returns FOR CHANGE OF IDEA.
My fragances are luxury products, if you are not sure or do not know how perfume smells in this version ... Do not buy it, we will not accept your return.
You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. Merchandise must be returned EXACTLY AS RECEIVED within 30 days after receipt, in its original condition, along with the original packaging and the original packing slip.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
After we receive your item, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping ($ 30 charge) and any paper gift charges.
Any shipping cost incurred to return the product WILL NOT BE REFUNDED .
We do not offer refunds or changes to items that are specified "WITHOUT RETURN" ,If you have any questions, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY, about this or any other article, do not hesitate to contact me.
