JAG35 "The News Runner" Shoulder Camera Rig. It is folded in the photo, but it is designed to hold a DSLR camera with a shoulder pad and handle to stabilize the shot. I paid $210 for this when I bought it new, I used it a couple of times and then it went in storage. Everything is there and it's in great condition.
