Its an Watercolor Painting that depicts a Figurative Illustration of Raggedy Ann & Andy on a Bench that was nicely done from the Time Period. The artists' works have been exhibited in Galleries & Museums throughout that are also held in Corporate & Private Collections. There is some spotting from its natural age. This comes from a Private Collection which makes it very Rare Due to its Size, Age & Beauty.
