If, in exceptional circumstances, a defect occurs, Ausmachine will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it or refund the purchase price of the product. The product can be exchanged for the same model or for a model with at least comparable equipment. This can be a product prepared according to the manufacturer's specifications, which corresponds to a new product in terms of performance and functionality. Replacement or repair of the product does not create a new warranty. All Old Products and parts replaced become the property of Ausmachine. Further claims are excluded. This applies in particular to claims for damages, regardless of the legal basis on which they are based. The exclusion does not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health, in cases of intent and gross negligence, product liability and in the event of breach of essential obligations that endanger the achievement of the purpose of the guarantee.

In order to help you as quickly as possible when contacting your Ausmachine customer service, please keep the following information in mind ready;
- Original invoice (incl. Date of purchase, name and address of the dealer and the full type designation of the product)
- Serial number for gas spring (all Ausmachine gas springs are provided with a serial number)
warranty period;
Two years after the initial purchase of the Ausmachine product.
If guarantees are advertised, the details can be found in the guarantee conditions. If there are defects in the purchased item delivered or the mechanical product purchased, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights. Your statutory warranty claims are not restricted by a guarantee.
