Patented November 27th 1928, made a new work New Jersey USA. Flapper Chester design, life of the party.

Noisemakers still works, does have some exterior wear due to the age, please see pictures. It is made out of metal with a wood handle, It measures approximately 4 and 1/2 in long by 3/4 of an inch deep.
