Very cute stuffed bear from chosen international Company, with reindeer hat that says Kringle on it. I consider bear to be in very good condition, please see all pictures as these are the best way for you to see the condition and description for yourself, please see picture with tag initials were on one side of it so I cut that part out It was just the back of a tag.
