This is a new in package vintage wind up toy which I estimate is from the '70s or 80s based off of the packaging and similar items in the estate sale lot that I acquired. The original sticker is still intact and the toy is still in original packaging, but please note the box is distressed and there is some yellowing on the toy itself.
