This upcycled, gorpcore inspired outfit is made from a pre-loved knit jumper and hoodie.

You can swap the arm warmers to leg warmers; single or double layer the vests; turn the skirt in to a top, and more!

The outfit fits approximately a size 8 through 14 as it is adjustable. Please check over the measurements to ensure your desired fit.

Belt.

I have designed the belt with a secret retractable pouch! The pouch is accessible from the zippered compartment – only when the belt is off – by pulling on the cotton tape within. When the belt is being worn the pouch is retracted inside the belt, cannot be pulled out, and the cotton tape appears as lining. Perfect for concealing and securing your keys, money, and small valuables.

The D-rings, cotton tape, tabs and loops of the upcycled fabrics all function as belt notches. The belt closure is a swivel clip.

The belt has tabs with snaps at the front, and embroidered cotton tape at the back, which allow the skirt to be attached to the belt.

It also has buttonholes and extension tabs that allow the legwarmers to attach directly to the belt without the skirt.

Notches adjust the belt from 29″to 38″ and is designed to sit on the waist, high hip or low hip to create the convertible styles.

A skirt converting to a top.

The skirt attaches to the belt which serves as a waist band. The skirt features a zippered and buttoned pocket on the right, and a double pocket on the left, which has a concealed internal pouch with snap closure.

To convert to a top, the skirt is detached from the belt and turned upside down. The embroidered cotton tape (which attached the back of the skirt to the belt) is now used to create the shoulder straps.

Arm warmers/Legwarmers.

The sleeves have button tabs so you can attach to either the knit vest as arm warmers, or to the skirt or belt as legwarmers. The seam is split at the wrist and has buttons and elastic to use as thumb holes.
