Comes with everything pictured including the adapter for modern TV's. 
Comes with a Genuine power supply, the power supply doesn't work and will need to be repaired or replaced. 
We tested the system with a genuine power supply from a different console. 
Both games cleaned & tested and work.
Video cord is not genuine but works better then the genuine cord and includes an adapter for RF connection.
