Brand new in open box Christmas House kit. Pieces are already painted for you! I had a lot of fun assembling my own kit. It wasn't too hard to complete and the pieces are sturdy. Requires no glue, just punch out of the sheet and snap into place. Finished size measures approximately 11" long x 8" wide x 5.5"at tallest point.

PLEASE NOTE This will be shipped in a mailer bag with bubble wrap, so the outer box might be damaged upon delivery (in case you are giving as a gift).
