Returns:

• If for any reason you wish to return your item you may do so. Please ensure the following points are adhered to:
• You must message us with your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the item.
• A return case must be opened via eBay.
• The item must be back with us within 30 days.
• The item must be received back in a brand new/unworn condition, free of any perfume smells or makeup stains. Please be weary of this when trying your purchase on.
• Please ensure you include your eBay user ID in your return, to ensure prompt refund.
• Note: the item will remain your responsibility until it has been received back by us, so we would recommend you to use a tracked service for your return.
• Please note if this is returned back to us by Hermes, due to non delivery after 3 attempts, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund to cover our postage costs.

Exchange:
