DuPont NOMEX flame and flash protection, reinforced fingertips, and leather cradle reinforcement to prevent abrasion of the NOMEX from weapon slides.

Enhancements include leather-covered molded hard-shell protection on the knuckles and fingers as well as a thicker dual-layered cowhide palm with water-resistant treatment for enhanced durability.   

Extra padding underneath the knuckle protector ensures comfort.  

Nylon loop on wrist allows easy donning and attachment to carabiners.
