McCall's 4128 vintage sewing pattern for a child's dress and pinafores. Gown or dress in three lengths has back button opening, short sleeves with gathered caps and binding, front darts, gathered skirt with or without self-fabric back ties. Pinafore A thru E has trim variations. Pinafore A or B has shoulder straps and self-fabric ties and eyelet trim. Pinafore C or D has front and back gathers with shoulder straps. Pinafore E has back self-fabric ties with front pocket and handkerchief.
