This catalogue was created to accompany an exhibition from June 18 – July 13, 1989 at the Guy Pieters Gallery in Belgium called: Christo:  The Umbrellas.  Joint Project for Japan and USA.  Christo and Jeanne-Claude sold preparatory works of art to finance their monumental projects.
