Please review pictures and video as this is an older item and there are marks. I do not know what kind of metal it is (it’s not magnetic) or what year it was made. I could not find any markings. 

Measures approximately 19 inches tall and 9 inches wide and less than 2.5 inches deep. Weighs about 1 pound 14 ounces.
