You are bidding on a 1934-38 Coca Cola 17" Round Wood Kay Display Sign "Ice Cold Coca-Cola".  The 17" diameter sign has wood grain visible beneath the graphic on the front of the sign.  The sign features a red background bordered by silver rim and yellow pinstripe inside the rim.  "Ice Cold" is printed at the top in silver with a white border, "Coca Cola" is printed in the center in white with "TRADE MARK REG U.S. PAT. OFF." printed in gold in the tail of the "C" in "Coca-Cola", and has a yellow disc with hobbleskirt Coca-Coca bottle in the bottom center.  There are mounting holes at 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock, and one in the center.

The reverse side of the sign is stamped "DESIGNED & MANUFACTURED BY KAY DISPLAYS, INC GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN EXECUTIVE & SALES OFFICES AT 230 PARK AVENUE NEW YORK, N.Y."  The 230 Park Avenue address was the earliest of Kay's addresses in NYC, indicating this is an early piece from the manufacturer.

The sign is in very good condition.

Serious offers welcome.

This item comes from the legendary collection of the late-Bob Simonton, original member of the Cola-Clan - now Coca-Cola Collectors Club.

After a 15-year hiatus from selling items from my father's Coke collection, I have resumed selling all of his different collections here on eBay.  Look for my other auctions!
