A number of years ago Fire Mountain Gems sold this crystal design in a number of colors.  It is no longer available at Fire Mountain.  The item listed here is new and has only been opened so it could be photographed.  The facets make it a beautiful pendant with the 2mm hole occurring approximately 5mm from the top of the off-sided triangle.

This variation is almost opaque so It might be called semi-transparent.
