Very cool item to frame and display. Shows the western side of Lake Ontario and the route between Toronto and the Niagara River. Published by the Canadian Hydrographic Service, No. 2063, 1973. Size is 40-1/2 inches wide by 31 inches top to bottom. There are 3 "patches", which are revised sections of the chart that are applied over a previous section. See pictures for some wear, stains, and possible small tears. This is an authentic original chart, so it'll have writing on the outside, stamp marks, some nice vintage colors, and slightly tinted paper patina. This will be shipped flat in a 20 x 27 heavy board envelope.
