Yes it is authentic and from Tiffany’s in NY obtained about 30 years ago. Rare vintage not many made of this particular design piece, replacement cost for exact item if found ($999-$1,500)

- 16.35 total carat weight London Blue Topaz set in 10k white gold. Stamp 10k. Rare top quality huge stone with equivalent of same size selling at $25 karat conservatively for loose stone without the gold. Estimate ($375-$750)

-Kay Jewelers 14k yellow gold ladies necklace/14k pendant with natural amethyst. Stamped 14k Indonesia. Vintage Kay piece which is estimated ($350-$499)

-14k Peruvian white gold lady’s necklace. Stamped PERU 14k. Estimated ($199-$299)

-Men’s diamond engagement/wedding band/ring in white gold stamp 10k. Estimate ($499-$699)

-Men’s 24.5 inch yellow gold chain necklace stamped ITALY 10k. (One of the links is broken but an easy repair job) Estimate ($399-$499)

-Vintage high quality Rondell button pearls necklace made with natural genuine pearls. Classic fish hook clasp (silver) stamped 925. There is other marking next to 925 but not legible to me. Estimate ($200-$399)

-Beautiful multi strand 25” long pearl necklace with genuine keshi pearls and sterling silver clasp stamped silver. Estimate ($150-$250)
