Velvet is in very good condition, thick, plush fabric.  Tailoring falls nicely on any form.  One button on side for placement of your choice.

Large size, probably 16 US, no labels left, so I'll try to describe sizing:  

     back of neck to hem:  42"    shoulder to shoulder:  19"     spread of coat full width:  54"

     sleeve lengths:  23.5"          shoulder to hem:  39"

Certainly can be worn formally as well as for a Halloween costume or just for fun & funk!
