New with tag 'Marks & Spencer' khaki cord 'Mini' skirt

ON THE WASH LABEL IT STATES THE COLOUR IS 'KHAKI', I'M NOT SURE IF IT IS GREEN OR BROWN

On the top of the all the tags it states 'Regular', on the wash label it just states the size number eg. 18
Please choose from the following sizes:
- Size 20 (Measuring across the top of the waist is 20". The length at the front 18". The length at the back is 18.5")
- Size 18 (Measuring across the top of the waist is 18.5"/19". The length at the front 17.5"/18". The length at the back is 18"/18.5")
- Size 14 (Measuring across the top of the waist is 16.5". The length at the front 17"/17.5". The length at the back is 18")
