The dual-purpose balloon filler can be inflated to the large inflatable port or inhaled from the small inhalation port on the side to keep the balloon continuously inflated, with a unique design.

Balloon Flaring Pliers

Instructions for use:

1. Place the appropriate size balloon on the eight raised prongs.

2. Slowly squeeze the handles together and the prongs will unfold and stretch the balloon.

3. Make sure the fork is facing up and place the opening of the dilator directly over the inlet of the filler.

4. Lower the Expansion Pliers until the balloon mouth is below the bottom of the filler collar.

5. Releasing the pressure on the Expansion Pliers handle will allow the balloon to fit snugly against the collar. (It is necessary to put as many balloons as possible on the entrance of the packaging machine to prevent them from falling off)

6. Detach the balloon from the filler, and the balloon can be placed on the balloon packing machine.
