Nice stitched raised leather martingale attachment with stainless steel hardware. Attaches to a breast plate. This leather martingale has a buckle for adjustment, a snap for easy attaching, and nice hardware that will not rust. It is in good pre-owned condition. The leather is supple and a nice sturdy quality. It measures at 26" in length as shown in the photographs with holes in each direction for adjusting shorter or longer.
