Racing Hart 16X7 & 16X7.5 +38 offset redrilled by Spec Fab in San Diego, CA. to 5X114 bolt pattern. Wheels have been freshly powder coated and lips polished to mirror finish. The barrels are in original condition & could use a good cleaning. The wheels were assembled & 3 tires mounted but the size was wrong for my application (they looked too small on my van) so I’m selling. Tires are NOT included. Center Caps & Dishes are NOT included but I can get you in contact with the guy that makes better than original replicas as seen in the last photo. Valve stems are new. The two wheels marked 7.0 are a true 7” wide wheel. The two marked 8.0 are in fact 7.5”. The lips are the same on all 4 but the barrels that say 8” are 1/2” wider. Offset is still the same on all 4 only having two wheels wider on the inside.
