If merchandise is not received within 14 business days, please notify us in case the package was lost in transit. Any orders refused at time of delivery will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to your address and the shipping charges incurred back to our facility.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. If you used it on your vehicle or caused any damage to it, we cannot accept a return.RETURN PACKAGING

Be sure to always put the hubcaps back in the plastic bags they came in and always use the cardboard separators. If you don’t package with the bags and cardboard, any shipping damage will be your responsibility.RETURN SHIPPING
Cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please feel free to send via USPS, UPS, or FedEx – whichever is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend that you send with a tracking number in case your returned item becomes lost or damaged before it reaches us.
