Pre-owned.  From an estate.  Very pretty ring but has been resized and has visible seam and hammering/dings on shank.  Marked Konstantino 925 750 along with Ω078 mark.  Top measures 5/8" x 5/8".  Stone is approx. 3/8" square.  Ring weighs 8.8 grams.
