Shipping Policy

All orders take 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, your order is shipped out at the same business day when you place the order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

Please note that weekends and the Federal Holidays do not take into account of the Delivery time

Returns Policy

We want to make the return and refund hassle-free. Within 14 days that you have received the product(s), you may choose to return the product(s) for a full refund, exchange or replacement. After 14 days of receipt and under the 1-year warranty, you may return the product(s) for replacement only if product(s) were found defective (excluding phenomenon of wear and tear).

International Returns

We will accept International returns within 14 days, however Buyer is responsible for international return shipping (international shipping charges/duties are non-refundable). Same rules for return apply, as noted above.
