Brand New Factory Sealed in Original Package. The packaging is clean and in good condition. You can see closely in Pictures 3-4 there is some black pixels on the edge of the screen. I'm not sure if these will go away after you put a fresh battery in if you actually decide to open the pack. The Ripster figure is a harder character to find!
