Vintage SHO MAX 80's Long Sleeve Sequin & Beaded Formal Long Dress V-Neck, Sz Small, Black & Silver.  See all additional photo for measurements.  It runs fairly large for a size small in my opinion. The dress is fairly straight cut from the chest to the bottom.
