Worn a few times in the 1990's and hanging up in a closet since then. There are a few manufacturing color defects. One is a dot on the right pocket, and another is a 3-4 dot matrix on the top front right shoulder. This is not damage, simply a manufacturing defect.

This is NOT an adults Medium. This is a child's  medium size 10-12. If you weigh more than 100 pounds/45 kilos, you are likely not going to fit in this jacket. I know this jacket was bought from 1991 to 1994. It is made of polyvinyl chloride and is made in Thailand. There is no degradation from time. It literally saw the sun for the first time in 30 years today.

I have a second one I am about to post, it looks and is exactly the same except the manufacturing defects are elsewhere.

The rain coat feels brand new. It is better quality than the stuff made today. It has a hood and 2 big deep pockets for phones and accessories.
