Mint in factory sealed package, Glow In The Dark soft vinyl figure from the Ultraman series and the character's name is Pegassa .  The header card states Popy Bullmark and there is a Tsuburaya sticker on it as well. The rest of the writings are in Japanese.....too much for me to handle!  "Pegassa Seijin" is written in katakana under his right foot.  "Bullmark" is written in katakana under his left foot along with POPY and some kanji.  From the bottom of his feet to the top of his eyeballs, this figure stands 13 1/2" or 34cm tall.
