She is in pretty good shape for her age. Some paint loss and I noticed both feet, from the strap to end of shoe (painted on shoes) were re-glued back together,not by me. I think someone with some knowledge of repairing her feet/shoes could fix this and she would be as good as before! That's the only thing I can see that's needing attention, after inspecting the doll.
