Returns / Warranty

Return

We committed to provide good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days after purchase. No hassle for refund and exchange, all we ask is that you send back the item in the same condition was received , brand new condition. Refund or exchange will be issued within 6 business days after we received the returned item and inspected it.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number by eBay messages between 9:30 a.m. to 6p.m PDT (Monday to Friday) , without Return Authorization Number , we couldn't identified your return .

Your refund will be issue to your Paypal within 6 business days , Paypal unique refund transaction ID number will be provided. Please keep in mind, you might need extra 2-7 business days for the refund to deposit in your account , it depends on your credit card company.

If the item is installed or defective after 30 days, please check our warranty page.

Warranty

We offers a minimum one year warranty on all parts sold unless otherwise noted. We aim to provide the high quality auto parts and accessories, but some rare cases happened. We offer following options for warranty service:

1) If the item fails after installation. You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement. Buyer pays the shipping fee. This warranty applies to automotive parts only when the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.

2) If we send you the wrong parts . You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and your deposit will be refunded. We pay for the shipping within the continental USA.

3) Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or re-installation of the item. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other parts not purchased from us, or any labor. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the item sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone .
