OEM part number 000 079 19 46 is a carburetor valve screw. This is a genuine OEM part that is no longer available through Mercedes Benz. The Mercedes part description does not indicate which carb, but the other listing here on eBay says Solex. You can approximate the age of the part by the label on the packaging. It looks to be early 60’s? Please make sure this will work for your model.
