Payment

We believe in the Paypal system for the protection of the buyer and seller. We offer it exclusively to our customers. However, you may also pay with the credit card of your choice through the Paypal gateway/checkout, even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Shipping

We ship everything quickly, 99% of the time it is within a 1-2 day time frame (business days-weekends and holidays excluded). We only offer USPS mail for shipping. Each item is given a USPS tracking number, this number will be sent to you via an email (make sure you have provided the correct email address so you receive these emails). You can follow your item through the US mail system with your tracking number as it progresses. We ship 1st class mail whenever possible (up to 14 ounces) and priority mail when 1st class is not an option (over 14 ounces). Occasionally we may offer media items (books, dvd's, cd's etc) these items will be shipped media mail for it's cost efficiency. We sporadically offer household items that can not ship 1st class and would be too expensive to ship priority, so we will ship these parcel/ground through the USPS. Please note, media and parcel may take longer to arrive at your destination.
