Delivery time may vary depending on Royal mail, most goods ((99%) are delivered within 3 days,  there may be delays by Royal mail which are out of my control, this is due to Royal mail going fully automated, By purchasing items you are agreeing to allow 10 working days before you take any action, if you are purchasing a gift or need the item within certain time please choose first class, tracked or special delivery since Royal mail priorities them, Royal mail may demand up to 10 days for delayed deliveries, 

all faulty goods most be reported to us within 48 hours of the receipt, defects due to use of any kind will not be refunded, so please inspect the goods once received and report any defects to us within 48 hours before using the goods
