Case has been used, it is very old. It needs repair. Top is missing some stitching, and top flap is loose. Case looks out of shape. So it needs stitching and repair.  It has some scratches from use, It has all side  seems loose, so it is in poor condition. 
Case has strap.  It will be mailed as pictured. key for the lock is missing. 

 Case is approximately 9X8X7" on exterior.   

Please note that case was made for Nikon medical Nikkor lens, it has holder for the lens and dividers for auxiliary lenses and charger.
