Weston 45 meter as shown in photos.  Very nice shape considering its age.  All feet are present and the existing handle is intact, although if you lifted it by that it would probably break.  I built a test circuit and measured 5 amps running through the load, which is about what I calculated, but I can't guarantee anything more about accuracy.  Make sure you check out the shipping options if you purchase this- USPS ground can be cheaper, but at longer distances a large flat rate box makes sense.  Email me if you have any questions and thanks for looking.
