This is a promotional card put out by Beckett Sports Magazine Monthly whenever something big happens, or is scheduled to happen in the world of Sports, especially when there’s a lot of money to be made. This was the promotional card made for the big fight between Connor McGregor of UFC and Floyd Mayweather of the US Boxing Association. It was fought in a boxing ring with boxing rules , so it was on Floyd’s turf and with Floyd’s rules, and as you can imagine, it was Floyd’s Victory as well. This was to be expected, however, had the fight been a cage match in the UFC Octagon and UFC rules, or basically next to no rules, this fight could have gone very differently, as many of you are aware I am sure. Not to say McGregor would have won without a doubt, but things could not have favored Mayweather more than the terms agreed upon and I think that if Connor McGregor’s ego hadn’t been so big then he would have possibly not agreed to these terms.
