All of the embroidery is in excellent condition, no stains or loose threads. All buttons are intact and work. The elastic waistband and cuffs are still elastic. There is a hole burned in the fabric between two of the buttons, but the hole doesn't go all the way through the fabric, only through one layer. There's a similar hole on one of the cuffs. This one only goes through one layer as well, not all the way through. The polyester side has some pretty major stains as well as a cut next to one of the pockets. The wool side has some minor spots here and there but is mostly in good shape. See all photos for details and check the measurements listed below.
