Hi! This is an exquisite piece of material. I am embarrassed to say that I am not sure if it is a tablecloth or a bedspread, or that it could even be used as fabric to make some thing else. The photo shows it as a tablecloth spread out on our dining room table, which is over 100 inches long, and about 3 feet wide as you can see. This table cloth is in impeccable condition. I know it is very old because we cleaned out the attic when we bought this house. It was very beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and regular paper, and it looks like it has never been used. we spread it out and looked for any imperfections, but we did not find any. This material is embossed on one side only. It is translucent. I am going to put a high price on this item as I have no idea what is worth but I am open to offers, and may the best (wo)man win. Please note that I did not wash or iron this tablecloth given its possible age. I know that it is coming from a home where there was no smoking or pets. I didn’t want to take a chance washing or ironing it but there is no smell whatsoever. It is pristine Thank you for looking. Check out my store.
