I don't know anything about toleware trays, but here goes- This tray is about 9x11, dirty and lightly rusted. The gold leaves look stenciled, but the flowers are clearly hand-painted. There's a decorative gold border. 

I have two of these trays for sale- my last pic shows them both. The FLOWERS tray (the one on the bottom) is the only one in this auction.
