4" Sch40  PVC Tube Speaker Mounting  Kit.  PVC TUBE NOT INCLUDED


This design was requested by a repeat customer. Tube and other components shown not included are for reference only. 

This kit gives you the freedom to create your own larger and louder system than commercially available systems.


This kit will allow you to mount speakers in the ends of 4" Schedule 40 PVC tube or any other 4" sch40 pipe.

The kit includes two (2) End Brackets that allow attaching 4" speakers. Includes all mounting hardware required to attach the brackets and speakers to the customer supplied 4" PVC tube. Speakers not included.

Tube baffle mounting rings fit Kicker 4" and equal sized speakers. I have also tested Polk and Pyle speakers and they fit just fine. 

All kit components are black. Shown in Silver color in the photos for clarity only. . The white tube test fabrication and is shown for scale. No speakers or pods are provided in this kit.

The end rings are designed to set into the 4" schedule 40 PVC tube and attach with four (4) 8-32 BHCS. The baffle rings themselves mount to the tube with supplied #4 sheet metal screw. Simply predrill the omunting hole with a 1/8" drill bit and then install the flat head screws.

The kit is designed to require a very minimal amount of fabrication (drilling 1/8" holes) to mount the rings.

Major Components of the PVC Tube Speaker Kit:


END BRACKETS: End bracket fits into and around the 4” schedule 40 PVC pipe. The speakers mount to the baffle end brackets with four (4) 8-32 black oxide 8-32 BHCS screwing directly into zinc plated square nut fasteners recessed and fully integrated into the end bracket. The tube mounting holes in the end brackets are evenly spaced at 90 degrees apart. 

End Brackets are fabricated from Black thermoplastic. Other colors are available upon request.
