Self-adhesive panel bender overlay for Juno-106.

This overlay is for the Juno-106's with a toggle switch Portamento ON/OFF round aluminum shaft.
For 106's that have a rectangular plastic cap on the Portamento switch it requires to adjust slightly the hole of the overlay.
