• Once you receive the shipment, we urge you to make a small video of the package from all sides BEFORE and while opening the package.
• Important to note, If the consignee is NOT responding to the shipping agency to arrange for shipment update or receiving of shipment, due to Custom Duties or any other reason The shipment will be destroyed by the shipping company after 5 days of arrival at destination and MAHAII shall NOT be all responsible for these claims. This loss will be consignee’s responsibility.

• We take our quality and shipment very seriously. While we aim at providing white-glove shipping, things can go wrong. Hence once you receive the shipment, we urge you to make a small video of the package from all sides BEFORE and while opening the package.
• If an item is found damaged or units are missing, please send snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number, and images of products received with Invoice copy to us.
• Bear in mind that as our products use natural resources and are handmade, product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
• Wood is not perfect. Knots, mineral deposits, wormholes, and unique grain patterns are natural attributes of wood. Each piece is as distinctive as a fingerprint, resulting in variations in stain absorption, even among two boards cut from the same tree. These characteristics are intrinsic to wood and should not be regarded as defects unless they hinder the product's ability to provide satisfactory functionality.
• It is crucial to bear in mind that wood will have imperfections and final product will have minor irregularities. Should such minor "flaws" in production be deemed undesirable, it might be worthwhile to consider more formal alternative style or finish of product.
• For instance, you may observe gaps at meeting points of the doors or in the centre of leaf tables attributable to the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood due to shifts in humidity within the home. These gaps' extent will vary as humidity conditions change, and this expansion and contraction are inherent traits of solid wood and are beyond our control.
