For Gaming and Standard PCs: Please retain ALL original packaging, the packaging is specially made to travel through the postage system to prevent any breakages or damage to the case. 

All devices come with a 3 year warranty as standard. 

We aim to resolve any issues the same day it arrvies with us, if we have the parts in the stock. If we do not have the parts in stock, one of our team will update you with an updated time frame of when you should expect the repair to be completed.
