Vintage sheet music album containing 39 pieces of popular music from the 1950s.

These albums are part of a larger collection I am selling. They offer a fascinating glimpse in to the minds and thoughts of people from this bygone era. They feature beautiful stylistic covers displaying the popular art of the time and in themselves form a historical archive, showing the feelings, sensibilities and collective mindset of the peoples back then. Also, of course, they offer a unique ability to revive the music of the day by bringing to life again classic songs, some of them long forgotten, by persons with the skills to do so on the piano, or other instruments.

Please note, these are paper documents dating from a very long time ago, so they do show signs of age. They are, however in great condition and ready to either play again or simply admire. All the pieces are inside plastic leaves and some of are wrapped in cellophane (dependant on album). The albums are quite large, with dimensions of 45cm x 31cm x 2.5cm and some weighing up to 2kg. This is reflected in the postage cost.
